Where is ONYX located?
ONYX is located in Coolangatta, QLD.
305/87 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, QLD, 4225, Australia
We are located up the stairs near the iconic 'Montezumas' sign. 
There is free street front parking, or 3 hours free parking under 'The Strand'.

Selecting 'art times': 

We understand when selecting a nail art service, it can become confusing. Below we have attached an example photo for each time frame.

Do you run by appointments only or walk-ins?

ONYX runs by appointment only, bookings are essential.

How far in advance can I book?

So we can efficiently manage online bookings, our online booking system will only allow you to book from 3 months from the current date. If you wish to book further into the future , please TXT 0437 633 730.  

Late cancellation/ No show fees:

As we are only a small business that runs off appointments only, fees will apply.
No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
If you wish to reschedule/ cancel your appointment within 12- 24 hours notice, unfortunately you will be asked to pay a fee of 50% of your booked appointment. 

If you wish to reschedule/ cancel within 12 hours and/or no show, unfortunately you will be asked to pay a fee of  100% of your booked appointment. 

ONYX will not rebook anyone until their fee is covered.

Press-Ons FAQs

Shipping: 

All orders are shipped through Australia Post. 
Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping:
1-2 business days  (Metropolitan areas)
2-4 days (Rural areas) 
Shipping times do not include production and dispatch times. 

Dispatch:

Allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.

Production:

Allow 7 business days for production. 

Sizing: 

You must always measure on bare natural nails (no acrylic, gel, shellac ect. on your nails). 
It is recommended to purchase a sizing kit via our website prior to purchasing your Press-on Kit.

ONYX will not be held responsible for incorrect sizing.
 

Refunds:

Please make your selections carefully as all sales are final. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. Our Press-ons are custom made to order and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

ONYX are happy to say none of our products are tested on animals or contain any animal products, making them 100% cruelty-free and vegan. 

 

Longevity of Press-ons:

When applied correctly and with correct aftercare, ONYX custom press ons can last up to 2 weeks with glue.

Glue tabs can last up to 2 days.
If you wish to add Glue tabs to your order, Tabs must be purchased separately. 
 

How do I put the Press-ons on?

Both instructions and Aftercare instructions will be included in your Press-on Kit.
 

Do you offer replacements, if I lose a nail?

Can I cancel my order?

As this is a customised product, all sales are final.
